Beth's Spirit of Texas Speedy Chicken

4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 to 6 TBSP Spirit of Texas HOT Salsa (amount depends on how spicy you want it)
Water (1 can water if using raw chicken, only ½ can of water if cooking frozen chicken as it will provide some of the water as it cooks)
1 cup rice cooked separately in 2 cups water

Simmer over medium heat for 30 minutes (45 minutes if using frozen chicken breasts), covered, until chicken is tender. Stir occasionally, turning chicken to keep it covered in sauce and keep it from sticking to the pan. In microwave, add 1 cup rice to 2 cups water in a microwave-safe glass mixing bowl. Cook on HIGH 15 minutes. Serve one chicken breast on one scoop of rice, then spoon sauce over top.
